Can from The Misty Bottle, Isle of Skye. It pours deep amber with a decent white head. The aroma is earthy, spicy, ryvita, brown bread, rye and nuttiness. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet character, hearty malt base, brown bread, malt loaf, rye, grassy, some spice, cereal, marmalade and kick of booze with a toasty brown bread finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A nice hearty Cali common.

Can thanks to cgarvieuk. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of orange and light spice. Taste is caramel and more citrus. Quite chewy for the style.
