A big, juicy tropical DIPA brewed with our pals at Up Front Brewing. Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Calypso hops burst from the glass to present an aroma that’s remarkably similar to Lilt! Huge pineapple and grapefruit flavours sit nicely atop a sturdy but soft and creamy barley + oats foundation. There’s a crisp, bitter edge to accentuate the citrus pith and keep things fresh and smashable. Co-pitched with Metschnikowia Reukaufii, and London III. M. Reukaufii is a nectar specialist yeast which was isolated from wild flowers.
