Rested in our coolship to increase evaporation and create a stronger beer and barrel aged in Andalusian wine casks that held Scotch whisky, adding hints of coconut and a rich caramel warmth.

Can at Generation Craft Ashford 2024. Clear deep ruby colour. Thin beige head. Lovely barley wine. Sweet and dry. Some carbonation dry oloroso sherry. Some wine character. Yep good raisin. Good spicy finish. Lovely.

Hazy amber Crystal clear mahogany beer, thin off-white head. Smells malty with the scotch coming through too. Flavour is strong with the whisky up front, then comes caramel, malt, a little sweet fruit, a bit of coconut, other nuts too. This one absolutely tastes its strength. It's a sipper and to be respected. Very tasty though, with a good body and a real warmth to it. Might be a touch boozy for its own good but it's very much its own thing.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep mahogany with red chinks. Beige head that quickly disappears. Nose - raisin, fig, dates, coconut and wood. Taste - figs and dates again. Luscious raisins and boozy prunes. Still notes of wood and coconut lurking. Palate - full bodied, rich and sweet middle and finish with some drying of the palate provided by the wood. Overall - great stuff.
