Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours lightly hazy mahogany brown with a thick, fluffy off-white head. The aroma is cereal, brown bread, earth, estery fruits, pear, melon, apple, leaf and a touch of spice. The taste is initially dry with some bitterness, woody, earthy, cereal, quite fruity, melon, pear, apple, tangy orange marmalade, gummy bears, leafy hops and a nip of spice with a drying, woody finish. Medium body and moderate to high foamy carbonation. Not sure I would clock this as. Belgian - style ale per se. It's ok, perhaps would work better on cask.
