We've been desperate to use Peacharine hops since we first tried them. With it's strong juicy peach flavours we decided to use it in a sessionable pale ale at 5% putting Peacharine at the forefront. We enhanced the bright nectarine and lemon flavours with a little late addition of Pacific Sunrise to bring together this highly thirst-quenching juicy pale.

Hazy golden beer, white head. Smell has grassy hop and bittersweet tropical fruit. Flavour has zesty citrus, grapefruit, a bit of juicy orange, has a crisp, bittersweet fruit finish. Nothing spectacular but very drinkable.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy lemon yellow country. Thin snow-white head. Nose - nectarine and melon, lightly grassy. Taste - grapefruit and peach, still a bit grassy. Palate - light bodied, bitter and zesty finish. Overall - will be better when the grassiness blows off.
