A collaboration brew with Brewboard. We brewed an imperial ale with a massive flaked oat content. Sweet dark fruits and rasins with an incredible thick smooth mouth feel followed by the delicious brandy barrel.

Panda pop from Lowcostbeer. It pours darkest brown to black with a small tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, oily, umami, dark chocolate, cacao nibs, umami, liquorice, rocky road, jammy fruits, cherry, strawberry compote, vanilla, toasted coconut, heady notes of brandy, caramelised sugar and brandy snaps. The taste is slick, oily, chewy, toothy, bitter - sweet, rich roasted malt, charred vibes, umami, salted liquorice, coffee grounds, very jammy, cherry, strawberry, Victoria sponge cake, brandy snaps, brandy soaked oak, red velvet cake and warming spice with a slick, oily finish. Fulsome body, fine carbonation and oily mouth. Great depth of flavour. Robust and satisfying.
