440ml can as part of a delivery from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Black with a medium-sized and short-lived khaki head. Liquorice, charcoal, some notes of molasses. Quite a lot of bitterness in the taste. More liquorice, a little bit of blackberry and a lot of ash. Long, dry, bitter finish. Full body, medium carbonation. A really enjoyable beer.

(Can) Pours black with small tan head. Pleasant aroma of dark roast malt. Full bodied with lovely soft smooth carbonation. Good tasting with balance of sweetness and bitter dark roast flavours. Very drinkable.

Can from Beers of Europe. Pours clear dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of light roast and chocolate. Taste is more of the same, maybe some dark fruits. Thin finish.
