Bottle from the Glenpark Hotel. Clear amber body with a beige head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of honey, dumpling and black pepper. Flavour of orange, earth and peppery hops. Medium to full with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A delicious beer.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours clear brown with a cream coloured head. Aromas of toffee and dried apricot. Taste is dried fruit and toffee. Spicy wood finish.

Bottle at ash's. Pours clear amber, nose is caramel, stewed fruit, marzipan, taste is similar, marmalade, sweet.

Rocky off white head on a reddish brown body. Syrup, bourbon & Christmas cake aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & soft on the tongue with lively back. Malt, raisin, grape & woody tastes with a tangy peppery finish. That's a nice drop.
