A crisp sour beer infused with whole leaf jasmine green tea for creamy jasmine sweetness and a floral note. Complimented by bracing citrus from the yeast and a hint of honey from the malt.

Keg sample from Bread and Bitter, Nottingham - Cloudy gold, no head. Flowery syrup, lemon peel, bit of honey smokiness. Too flowery for me.

440ml can taken away from the Stratford Alehouse, Stratford Upon Avon. Light gold, hazy with a ring of white head. Light milky sour, a little bit of lemon peel, some floral character. Lovely tart flavour, light tropical fruit, more lemon zest. Gentle body, crisp carbonation. Not so much going on but itβs an enjoyable sour.
