Bottle at home. Pours dark amber with a thin tan head. Aromas of wood smoke, toffee and raisins. Taste is peaty whisky, toffee, dried fruit. Woody finish. Chewy.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dark mahogany with moderate head. Aromas of bready malts, whisky, peat and raisins. Flavors of rye bread, oak, perfumey/peaty whisky, and dried berries. Peats is present but not overbearing. Tasty.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - amber to read with a thin tan lacing. Nose - wood smoke or bonfire with toffee. Taste - whisky, light smoke or sweet toffee and wood. Palate - medium to full bodied, creamy middle and sweet/woody finish. Overall - good.
