An easy drinking hoppy lager combining our favourite aspects of European lager and American hoppy beer. A spicy backbone and full malt profile from Bohemia, German, and Czech hops for crisp spicy undertones, and American Simcoe and Amarillo hops for pithy grapefruit, notes of orange and passionfruit.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Deep golden body with a faint haze and a lasting white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of grass and waxed lemon. Flavour of minerals and grassy hops. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A crisp, unusual lager.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours lightly hazy golden with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is bready malt, biscuit, grassy, minty, twist of orange and grapefruit. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter - sweet, snappy, bitterness is firm and lingers... toasty grain, cereal, straw, grassy, slightly minty, peppery spice, some citrus vibes and grapefruit with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Decent lager.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and clear. White head. Nose - orange and grassy Taste - orange and canned peach. Palate - light bodied with a dry, balanced finish. Overall - good.
