This collaboration with legendary beer bars the Hanging Bat and Fife’s Harbour Bar is an amber ale fermented with a unique hybrid yeast cultrue developed from Belgian and Scottish strains. Restrained fruity esters combine with Crystal, Amber and Pilsner malts and whole cone Northern Brewer hops to provide notes of orange pith and spiced cake with hints of tobacco.
