Op tap bij de brouwerij. Alle bio-versies zullen m.i. niet wezenlijk verschillen van de niet-bio's, maar goed.. Troebel oranjegele kleur, witte kraag. Banaan, redelijk zoet, licht kruidig, degelijk maar ook wat saai en vlak. Lichte body.

330ml bottle. Hazy, dark orangey, golden to amber colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, whiet head. Yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, sweet-ish wheaty malty aroma, notes of banana and clove. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, minimally tart-ish, citric, notes of banana, hints of clove, a lemon dash, minimally leafy, hoppy overtones. Watery texture, minmally dry and minimally astringent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Standard Weizen without special feature - decent.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Marijn. Hazy orange with a big white head. Banana aroma with cloves. Slightly sweet sour taste. Bit watery but still tasty.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, weizen yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, weizen yeast, yeast, wheat, swet malt - sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
