Bottled 375ml. -at Projekt Ljubljana, shared with Marko & Hrabren. Unclear pale golden coloured, small white head, brett and white wine in the nose. White wine, brett, slightly citrusy and bit yeasty with dry finish.

A 0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko at PROJEKT, Ljubljana. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is bretty, goaty and cheesy, vinous, ripe apple, esters. Hints of citrus, coriander and lemongrass. Nice black pepper phenols and some rock salt. Flavour is lychee, plum, white cherry, hints of tropical fruit. Thin, oily, soft, sweet. Bubblegum. Soft lemony and vinous tartness. Light dry finish.

0.375l bottle, 2023, with Hrabren and Ogi at Projekt. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Huge Brett aroma, white wine, coconut and herbs, fresh, bit tart. Smooth taste, creamy, citric, white wine, bit tart, lightly warming, some low autolyzed yeast, low pepper, low tart notes. Good, fun, interesting, not great though.

Аромат немного странный, есть небольшая сдадость вроде от пшеницы, но при этом кислая составляющая очень сильная, есть немного диких дрожжей, такая эклектика. Цвет бледно желтый, пены почти нету. Вкус весьма кислый, хотя при этом есть пшеница, дрожжи, хмель в конце дает, травой немного, цветы. В целом норм.
