Brewed with yeast originally from Mexico City and corn for a dry finish. Lagered for six weeks this is a smooth and easy going lager. Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh for a familiar character and NZ Motueka for a hint of lemon and lime.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear yellow - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, fresh, melon, greengage, lemon - lime, cornbread muffins and tacos. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, salty cracker, pithy, zesty, lemon - lime, melon, ligh pear, savoury, touch of corn, tortilla and spice with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Works well. Probably the best of the recent lot of Mexican Lager.
