500ml bottle thanks to AshtonMcCobb. Pours a deep cloudy red/brown with a off white head. Aromas & tastes of red fruits, wood, vinegar & grain. Medium body. Tangy yet sour finish. Enjoyable

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours clear reddish gold with a thin white head. Quite low carbonation. Aromas of light sour, tangy fruit and something woody. Taste is tangy too, light balsamic vinegar. Smooth texture, tangy sweet finish.

Bottle. Appearance - deep amber and cloudy. Just an edge of red too. Very thin, just about existing white head. Nose - bread, wood, faint balsamic and fruity, brown sauce. Taste - wood and balsamic again while being a bit grainy. Palate - close to medium bodied, tangy middle and finish. Overall - seems like a mixed ferm pale. Good to see no reliance on fruit.
