A thirst-quenching gose brimming with freshly zested grapefruit. Hints of sweet oranges and lime from the base beer are followed by waves of pink grapefruit before giving way to a delicious crisp sour finish. Inspired by traditional German Gose, this beer is refreshing with a little salinity.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours lightly hazy pale lemon yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is cereal, grain, kitty litter, must and tangy grapefruit soda. The taste is crisp, dry, puckering, lactic, zingy, tangy, bright sour grapefruit, sherbet, lemon peel, pithy, zesty, sherbet, salty cracker, toasty grain and cereal with a drying finish. Average body and fine carbonation. Not a huge amount to the aroma, but the taste is bright and moreish.
