[ As Skovlyst Svanen ].Clear light to medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, hay, caramel, malty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, caramel, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170518] 5-3-6-3-12

Draught at KØ17. Fruity and grainy aroma. Clear golden colour. Sweet flavour. Sort of tripley, but tastes less alcoholic and less clean than good tripel. Not too bad, though.
