Psychic Vibrations. New Zealand Pilsner that we’ve been slowly making in our tanks over the winter. With Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Saaz hops, expect clean, crisp and refreshing lager with a grapey sweetness and a soft lime undercurrent that makes for a deliciously sessionable pint. Now we only need the weather to improve.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden yellow and clear with a white, fluffy head. Nose - green beans, bitter salad and bready. Taste - lemon, light caramel or honey. Still a touch bready. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle. Could have a touch more bitterness on the finish. Overall - the nose is quite different from the taste. Decent though.
