[ As Alechemy Wai-Iti Pale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, candy, spicy, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, candy, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161014] 5-2-6-3-11

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a small head. Hoppy ale with a light bitterness to it.

Cask at Bow Bar as Wai Iti. Maybe this was loaded when predictive text took over? Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - citrus and resin. Taste - pithy and resin again. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - not exciting bit it’s balanced.

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, peach. Taste is fruity, bitter. Bitter finish.

Cask at the southern. Pours clear golden, nose is peach, passionfruit, toffee, taste is sweet, juicy fruit, light pineapple, toffee, just a little thin.
