A soft foundation of malted wheat and flaked oats, with layers of tropical and stone fruits from Mosaic, Citra and Sabro hops.
A mixed fermentation of London and non-traditional yeast in a quest to free more hop flavours and leave a smoother body. Mixed fermentation doesn't have to mean dry and funky!

Can from Grain Schooner. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a decent frothy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, juicy, Tropical fruit punch, pineapple, mango, papaya, marmalade, brioche, green and gummy candy. The taste is initially dry, touch of green bitterness, weedy, leafy, rather tropical, pineapple, lilt, mango, papaya, passion fruit, floury bread, marmalade, tangy orange, bit of grapefruit, spice and nip of pine with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent fruity action.
