Simcoe, Citra and Sabro bring passionfruit, coconut, grapefruit, and orange in this hazy hoppy pale ale, the product of a mixed fermentation to encourage biotransformation and help the hops pop.

Mixed fermentation doesn’t have to mean dry and funky. We’ve introduced a new yeast to boost the flavours we know and love. Using ever increasing raw ingredients isn’t sustainable, so we think more and more brewers will turn to yeast to bring out these crowd pleasing flavours.

Can from the Grain Schooner. It pours hazy golden - blonde with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, yet savoury, juicy, kiwi fruit, banana, coconut, gooseberry, salted cracker, white grape and a touch of candy floss. The taste is dry, musty, green, bitter - sweet, spicy, tropical fruits, gooseberry, kiwi fruit, savoury, salty, white grape, aloa vera, twist of citrus and some floury bread with a drying finish. Average body and fine+ carbonation. An interesting combo.
