Bottle from the Store on Pier Street, Hull. Pours clear golden amber with a thin white head. Aromas of light floral hops, light brown bread, faint nuttiness. Taste has a hint of caramel, light spice, light floral hops again. Bitter finish. Bit over-carbonated.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018 - Hackney, London. Day 5. Pours clear copper with a small, foamy head. Lots of English yeast, bready malts, low bitterness, a few leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Balanced finish, more hearty malts and English yeast. Solid.

7/12/2018. Cask at The Thirty Fifth Pig’s Ear Festival, Hackney. Pours golden with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, caramel and fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Easy drinking, pretty good.
