Oh many a peer of England’s brews, lively liquor than the muse,
And malt does more than Milton can, to justify Gods ways to man.
Ale, man, ales the stuff to drink, for fellows who it hurts to think:
Look into the pewter pot, to see the world as the world is not...’
A traditionally brewed pale copper best bitter produced using the finest quality malted barley and whole cone English hops. Delicate and sweet with a toast malt complexity echoed squarely with a clean floral flush of ripe berry fruit and bitter orange peel.

440ml Can - Pale amber with a white head. Honey, biscuity malt and some hints of berries in the aroma. Slightly fruity and earthy taste with a hint of sweetness and notes of honey and berries. Decent for a homesick Englishman but I am not sure it stands up to the better bitters back home, although it is a step above the mediocre ones that's for sure!

Tight foamy off white head stayed on a lightly carbonated amber body. Malt, caramel & berry aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & lively on the back. Fruity, light hops, caramel & malt tastes with a tangy bitter finish. Excellent

Can picked up at Væskebalancen - Valby and drunk at home - light hazed amber pour with a white head. Once warmed up slightly for my English palate this brings some nostalgia back, toasted bready malty, notes of caramel, grain, keeping the carb low to convey cask soft carbonation, more malts, and nice solid twiggy bitter hoppy finish. Great stuff.
