Cask, pint at The Redgarth, Oldmeldrum. It pours ever so slightly hazy blonde with a decent bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, fragrant, soft sweet elderflower character, touch of custard creams and sponge cake. The taste is dry, touch of bitterness upfront, clean, bright, floral, sweet elderflower, touch of white pepper, hit of underlying biscuit on the malt with a soft finish. Light to medium body and soft carbonation. Lovely condition. Tasting session gear.
