(Baobab Hazy IPA). This African inspired IPA is packed with fresh fruit flavour and an original twist. The upside down Baobab tree or tree of life as its known is native to Africa and produces amazing, slightly tangy and citrusy fruits full of flavour and health benefits which are perfect for making a unique beer. This flavour packed hazy IPA is sure to impress. The tree of life now gives us the beer of life, welcome to a taste of Africa.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours ever so slightly hazy copper with a fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, tropical fruit vibes, perfumed, melon, green character, stone fruit, biscuit and light spice. The taste is initially dry, then sweetens up, tropical fruits character (one just assume it's baobab!), melon medley, tinned fruit cocktail, waxy citrus peel, green veg vibes, bready, biscuit and touch of spice with a dry, zesty finale. Medium body and fine to moderate carbonation. A fairly unique number. Can't say I've had Baobab fruit before (but have seen the trees in Namibia). It is a touch sweet though.... A bit of bitterness would bring it together in my opinion. Fun stuff anyhow.
