Bottle online from Red Elephant, Truro. Pours hazed golden to amber with a beige head. Aroma: toffee, dried fruit, spices. Taste:moderate sweet & light to moderate bitter, dried fruits, light toffee, vague D&B, spices. Medium body with light carbonation.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - deep amber to plum. Light foamy head. Nose - dried fruit, rhubarb and flowers. Taste - rum and raisin. Light green floral note. Chewy toffee. Palate - medium bodied and rich texture. Dry, long taper. Overall - interesting.

Bottle at ash's. Pours golden orange, nose is citrus, toffee, caramel, burdock root, taste is juicy citrus, dry toffee, burnt malts, d&b.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Pours hazy golden amber with a thin white head and a few floaters. Aromas of toffee, spice, liquorice. Taste has the dandelion and burdock for sure. Sweet finish and a bit boozy.
