440ml can delivered from the Salmon, Leicester and drunk at home. Orange-brown, almost the colour of iced tea, clear with a quickly dissipating white head. Sugared orange slices, sweet berries with some malty biscuit and soap notes. Light tart notes, a little more soap with some gentle sweetness balancing the finish. Light body, medium carbonation. The description is right in that it's probably a good introduction to sours, but it isn't half bad by any standard.
