This pale ale is brewed with predominantly pale malt, with just small amounts of pale crystal malt and torrified wheat. American Cascade hops produce over 60 IBUs of bitterness, and then lashings of Cascade are used in the latter stages of the brewing process to produce the wonderful aroma.

Dark yellow color with a hoppy aroma. Flavor is moderate hop bitterness and good sweet malt backbone. Hop aftertaste.
