Kastanienfarben, mit feiner Hefetrübung und mit einem kräftigen Schaum erfreut die obergärige Bierspezialität von Gold Ochsen zunächst das Auge des Genießers / der Genießerin. Fruchtige Düfte nach Mango und grüner Banane, gepaart mit Gewürznelke und einem Hauch Pflaume steigen empor.
Im Antrunk vollmundig und erfrischend spritzig, versehen mit einer weichen Karamellnote, ist das Hefeweizen DUNKEL angenehm moussierend auf der Zunge.
Die fruchtigen und weichen Töne bieten zusammen mit einer angenehm würzigen Hefenote ein herrliches Mundgefühl.
Im Nachtrunk klingt das sortentypische Hefeweizen harmonisch aus, man freut sich auf den nächsten Schluck.

[ As Gold Ochsen Hefeweizen Dunkel ].Hazy - murky matt - grey medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, swwt yeasy, fruity yeast, banana.
