375ml bottle. Murky, orangey golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, orangey pigmented, off-white head. Surprisingly weak, fruity and tropical fruity hoppy aroma, notes of apricot, hints of yellow stone fruit, a touch of mango, passion fruit and guava, a lactic touch of young, mild sauerkraut; belated sweaty, funky undertones. Taste is tart, lactic and fruit acidic, slightly citric, juicy fruity, notes of apricot, yellow stone fruit in general, nectarine, peach, tropical fruity notes of mango, passion fruit, some guava, subtle pulpy sweetness, citrusy, zesty hints of tangerine and orange on top; well hidden alcohol. Mushy-watery texture, minimally astringent, simultaneously minimally cloying, smoothie-like palate, somehow scattered, prickly carbonation. The nose is surprisingly weak; the full impact of the combination of apricot and Mosaic becomes manifest in taste: well matching stone fruit and tropical fruit flavoures are combined to a real fruit bomb. Fairly decent at least.

Bottle from Westhill SS. It pours crazy cloudy deep orange with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is fairly soft, sweet, stone fruits, apricot, persimmon, fruit smoothie, tangy gooseberry, citrus peel, slightly floral and a touch of kiwi. The taste is crisp and dry initially, then it softens, sweet tangy apricot, persimmon, peach, only a light sourness to it, fruit smoothie, citrus peel, grapefruit, gooseberry, white grape skin, floury bread, but of musty funk and a touch of alcohol. Medium+ body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Takes a while to open. Gun stuff, but not as vibrant as their usual often.
