The Boss is one of our core range beers here at Brus. We do subtle tweaks to the recipe every so often, but the hops and malt bill always stay the same. The Boss is DDH IPA with Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe, and it’s packed to the brim with flavor.
This is a perfect example of the New England style IPA.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, straw, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Tap@BRUS, Copenhagen - hazy orange pour with white head and lacing. Aroma and taste is a medley of juicy tropical and citrus fruits, mango, tangerine, citrus peel, light notes of pine needles, finish is juicy and extremely quaffable. Lovely stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
