DØE. Hazy amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 180517

Draught at KØ17. Fruity and bready aroma. Cloudy brown colour. Wheaty and earthy flavour. Sweetish. Unfinished. Is it even fermented all the way down?

Sample @ [ DØE - Ølfestival København 2017 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Løkken Monkey Fjæs ].Murky matt medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt ,caramel, moderate yeasty, sweet yeast, banana - bubble gum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet yeast, weizen yeast - banana. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170518] 5-2-5-3-10

From tap. Pours hazy orange to amber, small off white head. Aroma is mild herbal, toasted malty and slight breadish. Sweet, toasted malty. Sweet and slight caramelish.
