Bottle shared at home. Pours deep golden with thin head. Nose is sweet, fruity and boozy, and the yeasty character is in there too. In taste the same notes come through, with medium sweet finish. Medium bodied with average carbo, still pretty easy to drink.

Dark amber color. Yellowish white foam, but not too large. Transparent but showing some extract which is not surprising due to 9%. Foam faded quickly. Aroma is especially cognac, whiskey barrel, corky, interesting, a bit smoky, but not bad. It has a very sweet, sugary, honey-like taste. Slightly carbonated. I miss the hops. A more serious triple is more complex, unfortunately sugar dominates. "Cognac beer blend", alcohol also feels. Not bad, but for me a very low-cost triple ... :(

0,33 bottle. Hiányolom belőle a komlót. Egy komolyabb triple ennél összetettebb, ebben a cukor dominál sajnos. Konyak-sör keveréke, alkohol is érződik. Nem rossz, de számomra nagyon fapados triple... :(

0.33l bottle. Dark golden orange body with a thin white head. Aroma and taste of bread, sugar syrup, orange zest, honey and some medicinal notes. Nice one.

Bottle Belgian brewery no. 42 This is quite okay for what I have sampled from Gallica. Deep amber, not truly Belgian yeasty but still and warming alcohol of course.
