2/4/2018. Bottle bought at the brewery. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with an average sized lasting off-white head leaving good lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel, hop, fruit and pine plus a hint of honey developing. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Dry, crisp and increasingly bitter finish. Enjoyable.
