On the sweet side, with a corn-and-grain front laced with notes of flowers and a touch of dried fruit. Finishes with a outsized bitterness verging on medicinal. Eh.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma is grainy, grassy, a bit dusty and sulphury. Pours clear golden amber color with thin soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing fruity, yeasty and grainy, following is bready, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Feast without maples…

Amber colour with fluffy head. Lots of malty sweetness. Low bitterness but does have a nice dry finish.

On tap at Maplewood, pours a hazy dark dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly neutral and laid back, with soft bready malt, not much else. Flavour is dry, with lots of bready malt, a hint of toasted caramel and nuttiness. Well-made for the style.
