Gravicask at the Bricklayers Arms Derby Beer Fest. It pours golden yellow, with a thin white film. The nose is melon, cheesy hop, dust, pine, caramel. The taste is pear, apple, melon, estery, syrupy, varnish, alcohol and light spice, with a sticky, warming finish. Medium body, low carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. Not bad.

Gravity cask at The Bricklayers Arms Derby BF, London. Pours clear amber with a light film head. Ripe fruit nose, tangy caramel. Medium sweet flavor, some rich bread or toast, some ripe fruits, grape skins, heavy dough, mild caramel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Slight warming finish, bit of sugar, faint toast and leaves. OK stuff.
