This beer was made using a five-grain grist, fermented with our house mixed culture and aged in one of our red wine Foeders for 6 months. It was then blended 50/50 with a fresh ferment of the same recipe and dry-hopped with Wakatu and Hallertauer Saphir

Bottle, 0.75l, birthday’s gift, shared with David and Simona. Aroma is musty, vinous, biscuity and honeyish. Pours cloudy dark yellow color with thin creamy off-white head and great lacing. Taste starts tart vinous, musty, ripe fruity with pronounced brett note, following is honeyish and grainy, mouthfeel is quite smooth, while finish is mild to medium bitter. Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, yeast, brett, fruit, peach, apricot. Flavor is light sour, light bitter, malt, yeasty, brett, tart fruity, green peach, apricot. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light acidic finish. Refreshing. 220522
