11th Dec 2018. Hand-pulled pint at The Pheasant Inn, Wellington, Shropshire. Golden pour, decent white crown on top. Nice blend of resinous and citrusy hops alongside some malty semi-sweetness, the dry finish coming as a surprise.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Morton Scrummage ].Clear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, candy - fruity sweet, pale malt, light hoppy, apple notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, fruity hops, old fruit, apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151009] 5-2-6-3-11
