Black as the deepest winter night in the glass. And a fine thick beige head Solid aroma Nice balanced sweetness for a beer like this Also a mellow carbonation level Dangerously easy drinkable. Well masked alcohol level Espresso, chocolate, oak, molasses, roast and licorice in the flavor Good complexity [Can from Gundersen]

Botella 75 cl en el Kraken 23..05..2020. Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores intensos cafres tostados con toques de vainillas y suave chocolate con leche. Final algo torrefacto y seco con buena dosis amarga. Cuerpo medio a intenso con buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio y bastante sabor. Quedándose seca al final. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.

At a tasting, thanks, big bubbly creamy cery dense head, opaque black color, aroma of sour bread, rubber, chocolate and toasty notes, sweet chooclate flavor with some metal and bread, mellow bitterness, just a bit heavy. Nice and enjoyable.

Bottle 750ml. @ home. [ As Beer Here / Ghost Black Luck (Sort Uheld) ].ABV: 10.5&. Clear dark black colour with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, molasses, chocolate, coffee, toasted hazelnuts. Flavor is light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration, molasses, toasted hazelnut, chocolate, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20170521] 8-4-7-4-15

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Pitch black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is liquorice, alcohol, some cocoa, coconut and mild ripe dried fruits. Flavour is chocolate, liquorice, mild floral and toffeeish notes along with some alcohol, and dried fruits. Pouring the yeast in from the bottle takes the sweet edge off the beer.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - 10/2026, at Pikkulintu, 20170405) The beer poured black. Its head was quite large and lightly brown. Aroma had coffee, burnt malts, coffee and vanilla. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. A good balanced black brew with vanilla notes.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, molasses, coffee, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, coffee, molasses, and a bit of smoke, leading to a dry roasted finish.
