11/3/2023. From BIAB at the 2023 Coventry Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky pear, mucky, vinegar, apple. Moderate sweetness, nice tangy tartness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Dry and tart finish. Enjoyable.

Cask @ Coventry Beer Festival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are pears, vinegar, apples, fruits and has a nice sour vinegar finish.
