ABV: 4.5%. [ As my country rating # 191 on ratebeer ].Cloudy medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, lemon, citrus, light to moderate yeasty, yeast, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, yeast - minerals, fruity - citrus, light yeast - coriander. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211026]

Sample courtesy Grumbo. Creamy white good mostly lastin head, Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Sample courtesy Grumbo. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, hops, yeast, fruits and has a light bitter sweet finish.

1/9/2021. Bottle at home, the first from my box received from New Caledonia. Merci beaucoup Jean-Baptiste! Opens with a little fizz. Pours cloudy pale yellow orange with a large frothy white head. Aroma is light, wheaty, lemon peel, citrus, orange, coriander. Moderate sweetness which has a floral vanilla edge, very light bitterness and slightest tart edge. Moderate body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Easy drinking blanche.

Aromatiquement, cette Wheaty Blanche n'a pas à rougir. Plaisante et sur une complexité intéressante, celle-ci est plutôt intéressante. Structurellement, elle est tout de même plus à la peine, avec un alcool à 4,5 % faiblard qui n'arrive pas à soutenir notre blanche sur la longueur. Le visuel est sur un blond pale plaisant (EBC de 8). L'effervescence y est très soutenue et alimente une mousse blanche de 1 cm. Le nez laisse découvrir un joli cocktail équilibré de blé, citron, coriandre et zest d'orange. Ce cocktail sera complété par une pointe de girofle dès l'attaque qui est très plaisante, à la fois incisive et fraîche. Une légère acidité s'allie à l'amertume (modeste avec 15d'IBU) donnant du peps à un ensemble agréable. Une légère astringence se fait également ressentir. Et alors que l'on attendait une seconde bouche allant crescendo, celle-ci est plus calme, avec un alcool qui marque le pas. Les arômes restent cependant toujours plaisants. L'arrière bouche cependant, astringent, perd en complexité. Le final s'écrase quant à lui complètement. La corpulence est également malheureusement moyenne. Un bon rafraichissement toutefois !
