Clear amber, light beige froth. Malty, fruity, dried fruit aroma, some yeast. Malty flavour, thick, malty caramely, light cocoa and dried fruit notes.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich malt, caramel, fruits, nuts and hops. Nice malty caramel finish.

Appearance: cloudy deep amber colour, moderate off-white head of decent retention. Good laces. Aroma: caramel and toast, cocoa, esters, biscuit, treacle, dried apples and pears, hay, somewhat bready. Taste: light to medium sweet, dried apples and pears, toasted malts, cocoa, esters, light alcohol, ending hop. Light plus bitterness. Lingering hoppy aftertaste. Mouth feel: medium body, soft to average carbonation. Summary: Well located within the style. Fairly good.
