[ As Reservoir Dogs Sol Invictus - Single Barrel 2019 ].
ABV: 13.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, wood, oak, barrel, dried fruit, earthy, alcohol, light resin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, resin - glue, dried fruit, caramel, sweet malt, alcohol, wood, oak, barrel, earthy touch. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20210605]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are rich alcohol, fruits, hops and has a bit of a boozy finish.

Bottle @Last Højbjerg Tasting in Højbjerg. Cloudy dark brown, small beige head. Very woody and glue-y. Tastes the same - wood and white glue. Rather boozy.

Can @ Saxo tasting. Hazy red brown with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dried fruit, light glue and wood. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Dry finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily. 050621

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice.
