Bottle 50 cl. Slow gusher. Pours an almost clear oranget brown with a lacing, beige head. Subtle cinnamon, cloves and star anise in the nose. Medium body, slight toffee and chocolate, but very attenuated with not a hint of sweetness. A bit too fizzy, but absolutely drinkable. 020821

[ As Mjels Julebryg 2020 ].
ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, spicy, coriander, ginger, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, spicy, clove, coriander, Xmas spices. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Amber colour. Light malty and very spicey aroma. Christmas spices very present. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finsih. Oily palate.

Bottle @Saxo. clear dark amber, offwhite head. Malty aroma, undefined spice. some cinamon perhaps. Malty, sourish and bitter flavour, more spice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, xmas spices, malt, hops, nuts and has a sweet spicy finish.
