Cask @ 33th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2016, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As One Mile End Framboise ].ABV: 7.1%. Unclear - hazy medium red brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, tart, raspberry, wood, vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart raspberry, sweet raspberry, artificial raspberry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat to soft. [20161130] 4-2-7-3-12

Pig’s Ear Fest. Cask. Hazy dark red beer, no head. Light palate, dry and mildly crisp. Good raspberry jam with nicely balanced savoury and sour vibes. Light crispy mildly puckery finish. Simple stuff but a nice palate cleanser for final beer of the day.
