Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 5.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
16 oz draft. Aroma is pineapple, citrus rind, and maybe peach. Flavor follows suit with a relatively bitter finish. Stern bitterness for today’s standard. Not astringent so it works!

Bottle from Greg and Jane. Hazy dark straw in color with a frothy white head that persists. Lemony earthy citrus and tropical fruits with hints of bready maltiness. Harsh aspirin like astringency. Disappointing!
