Share of bottle @ SKAAL, Sønderborg, accepted with gratitude. Pours clear reddish (through a sieve to sift out the rather copious sediment). Clear aroma of sour yeast, with touches of barrel and hints of malt. Sour flavour of wild yeast, with dusty and woody notes and touches of malt and hints of spice. Wine barrel aftertaste with hints of yeast and malt. Reasonable.

Bottle @ Studenterhuset Ølfestival. Pours hazy burnt orange with a small white head. Aroma of light sourness, light malt, yeast, wood, fruit. Flavor is light sour, light malt, yeast, wet wood, barnyard, berries. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 181123

Draft. A hazy chestnut colored beer with a thin rim of beige head. The aroma has notes of funk, wood, vinegar, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of vinegar, funk, wood, and hints of caramel, leading to a tart finish.

Frothy white fair mostly diminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate very acetic flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Acetic acid and noble rot dominates the aroma. Medium body, very sharp acetic acid, somewhat flawed wooden notes and a moldy touch. Clearly they are trying to do a Flemish Brown which is one of the world's most complex and difficult styles to get right as there's so many things at play at the same time. They have cme a long way, but it's not quite there yet. 240820

[ As Ugly Duck Xmas Anomali ].Unclear - hazy medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, sour malt - fryut, sour dough - bread, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, sour malt - dough, sour dought - bread, sweet malt, caramel - cake, light tart, vinegar notes.
