This the second in our small-batch IPA series. This brew has been inspired by the mixed fermentation cultures we use in our beer ‘Murmur’.
We have used experimental hops to bring aromatic waves of tropical fruits, these marry beautifully with the complexities from the mixed cultures.

On tap at KEG. Semi hazy yellow pour, white head. Nose is hoppy funky. Taste is less funk, even though it's there, and more hops. Not overwhelmingly bitter, more on the fruity/grassy side. Light body, average carbonation.

Tap at Unorthodox. Not really sure abut the reason to call this kind of beer an IPA at all. It is much more farmhouse oriented, with assertive funk, though more of the non-sour, hay, barnyard character. There is moderate bitterness, but rather low hops aromatics, stone fruits, hints of citrus. Med-full body, moderate carbonation. Good, drinkable.
