Cask gravity at Croydon Craft beer fest. It pours clear deep amber with a small white head. The nose is soft, sweet, rich maltage, fruit cake, light spice and a touch of toffee. The taste is bitter-sweet, chewy, fruit cake, orange peel, wood, resin, spice with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A touch chewy, but pretty enjoyable anyways.
